the hotel secure entrance was really good. a guard always examined cars before entering. the interior and exterior was wonderful, i saw it was very clean. breakfast had variety, also there was nice pool and bar area.

i think food in all restaurants was not great. i think all types of meat tasted like it was pulled from a deep freezer. nothing felt very fresh, and i got a stale smell.

The swimming pool area was spacious and clean! I saw the staff regularly maintain it. The fitness center included modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes. The multiple dining options had varied menus, though the service could be slow at times.

The older carpets throughout the hotel had a strange smell. This was particularly noticeable in the elevators. I hope they replace those carpets soon.

The hotel boasts two fine pools, both overlook the Nile. The spa provided an relaxing hair treatment and full body massage. I used the sauna too! The food was delicious, and the staff was very attentive.

The room lacked a working minibar, inconvenient!

The breakfast was extensive. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and pastries. I found the spa suite beautiful. It had plenty of space (it felt luxurious). The views of the Nile river were fine.

delicious breakfast poolside waiter easy experience

i was delighted. the staff served made-to-order omelettes. breakfasts were delicious and so fresh. poolside, waiters anticipated every need. i arranged trips to the temples. Osama ensured our engagement scene by the Nile was perfect. It was so idealistic.

The music was blasting, late at night. a corporate party disturbed our sleep. noise management needs improvement. Corporate events affect guests.
